As a Registered Yoga Teacher and iRest® Yoga Nidra Teacher in Training, I offer yoga and meditation classes
as well as private sessions.

My style of teaching is eclectic to say the least!
I have trained under a number of different teachers in the past 15 years, in various styles and philosophies. From gentle yoga, to power yoga, to flow yoga, to functional movement. I combine all that I continually learn to my classes with the hope my students leave feeling like they received therapeutic bodywork!
I also teach iRest® Yoga Nidra, which is a profound, yet accessible, meditation practice that systematically combines deep relaxation, affirmation, breathing, mindfulness, visualization and self-inquiry to facilitate the integration of body, mind, and spirit.
